Hello world! My name is Cordell Larkin. I’m not new to blogging but I felt it was time for a breath of fresh air and time to start another chapter in life. Although I’m not into making New Year resolutions I thought it a perfect time to start from scratch on this new and blank page. Hopefully I can filter my thoughts into words and vision that will be understandable to you, the reader, and most importantly to my own understanding.
I have always wondered how many people in the world actually stumble across a blog and really read and become interested in someone else’s thoughts. It’s fascinating to me that so many of us write these online journals for the whole world to see but who really benefits from them? Do we gain insight into life by reading the words of others or do we gain introspect through our own self-expression? I don’t know but I’m willing to give it a try and throw it all into the digital jet-stream. And for my own peace of mind I am reminded by a line from a Pink Floyd album, “Is there anybody out there?”
